Hello, and welcome to www.peppermintdays.com (the "site"). By using this site, you agree to follow and abide by our terms and conditions and privacy policy. Throughout these terms, 'Peppermint Days,' 'us,' 'our,' and 'we' refer to Peppermint Days OÜ, company registration number 16495073, located at Suur-Patarei 18a-6a, 10415, Northern Tallinn, Harju County. 

 

By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are also an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your purchase and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, and designs, is the property of Peppermint Days and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent from Peppermint Days.

Products & Services
We specialise in embroidered and custom-embroidered clothing. By placing a custom order, you agree that the design you submit (e.g., your child's drawing) is owned by you or that you have the rights to use the submitted content. Peppermint Days is not responsible for any copyright issues arising from unauthorised content provided by customers.

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice. We do our best to ensure the accuracy of our listings, but errors may occasionally occur.

Order & Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, accurate, and complete payment information. Orders are subject to acceptance, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or issues with your payment.

Payments are securely processed via Maksekeskus AS:

  • Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay, Citadele

  • Latvian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor

  • Lithuanian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB and Luminor, Šiaulių Bankas

  • Finnish bank payments: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, OP, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki

  • Card payments: Visa / MasterCard


NB! When using a bank link payment confirm the order and then click on the "Return to merchant" button.​

The personal data necessary for the execution of payments is transferred to authorized processor Maksekeskus AS. The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store.
If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.

- How to order personalised product?​
1.1 Choose Your Product:
Browse the shop and select from custom products like sweatshirts, t-shirts, etc. Each item showcases past designs to give you inspiration. Pick your size and colour, then add it to your cart.

1.2 Submit Your Child’s Drawing:
After placing your order, email a clear photo of your child’s drawing to hey@peppermintdays.com with your order number in the subject line. Be sure to mention any specific details you’d like to include, as we may not embroider the entire drawing.

​

1.3 Personalisation & Adjustments:
Kids' drawings often contain many details. Let us know which elements are most important to you. We reserve the freedom to adjust and artistically interpret the design to suit the product best. This includes placement of elements on the clothing, to create a balanced, creative look.

1.4 Finalise Your Order:
Complete the checkout process, provide your details, and include any additional notes regarding the drawing submission, like the email address from which you’ll send the artwork.

​

Shipping and Delivery

We ship our goods to various locations in Europe and the United Kingdom. For inquiries about shipping to other countries, please contact us directly at hey@peppermintdays.com, as we are gradually expanding our shipping options and want to ensure we provide accurate shipping costs.

​

Shipping Costs:

  • Estonia: €4 (free delivery on all orders over 100€)

  • Latvia and Lithuania: €10 (free delivery on all orders over 100€)

  • Finland: €15 (free delivery on all orders over 100€)

  • Rest of Europe and the United Kingdom: €25 (this applies to all orders)
     

Custom Designs:

For custom designs, such as a child’s drawing, please note that these items are made to order. It may take up to 2-3 weeks for your custom item to be completed. Once your product is ready and shipped, delivery times are as follows:

  • Estonia: 2-5 working days

  • Rest of Europe: about 1 week

  • UK: about 1-2 weeks
     

For ready-made items delivery will take:

  • Estonia: 2-5 days

  • Rest of Europe: about 1 week

  • UK: about 1-2 weeks

 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Peppermint Days is not responsible for delays caused by customs or other unforeseen circumstances. In case of problems, contact us via email at hey@peppermintdays.com.

Please note: Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and may vary depending on your location. Please check with your local customs office for more information on these fees before completing your purchase.

Returns

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days for domestic orders and 28 days for international orders (excluding custom-made products*). The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity. To use the return right, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods as permitted in a physical store. If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if there are signs of use or wear, the e-shop has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decreased value of the goods.

To return goods, contact us via email at hey@peppermintdays.com no later than 14 days after receiving the goods for domestic orders and 28 days for international orders.

​

The cost of returning goods is borne by the buyer, except when the reason for the return is that the goods do not match what was ordered (e.g., incorrect or defective goods). The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the return notice for domestic orders and within 28 days for international orders, or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within this period. Upon receiving the returned goods, the e-shop will immediately refund all payments received from the buyer under the contract, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice for domestic orders, and up to 28 days for international orders. The e-shop may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or until the buyer provides proof of having returned the goods, whichever occurs first. If the buyer explicitly chooses a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the e-shop, the e-shop is not required to refund the additional cost exceeding the standard delivery method. The e-shop reserves the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods if the price of the goods in the e-shop has been significantly below the market price due to an error.

*Custom orders cannot be returned because they are specifically made based on the buyer’s personal preferences or requirements. These items are tailored uniquely for the customer, making it difficult for the e-shop to resell or repurpose them. Since these products are designed to meet the individual needs of the buyer, they fall outside the standard return policy, unless the item has a defect or damage.

Limitation of Liability
Peppermint Days is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, the products, or services provided, except where prohibited by law.

​

Right to Submit a Complaint

The buyer has the right to contact the e-shop about any defects no later than two months after they have appeared, by sending an email to hey@peppermintdays.com. The e-shop is not responsible for defects that occur after the transfer of the goods due to the buyer's actions or negligence (incorrect usage, accident, etc.) or if the defect is due to normal wear and tear from regular use. If the purchased goods from the e-shop have defects for which the e-shop is responsible, the e-shop will repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the e-shop will refund all payments received from the buyer under the contract. The e-shop will respond to the buyer’s complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Changes to the Terms
Peppermint Days reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website after the posting of changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
